Complete Detail

A Complete Detail at 11 Mile covers the interior and exterior as a single integrated job — decontamination, two-bucket wash, interior extraction, and a protective topcoat, handled through a studio-first quote path with selective mobile appointments reviewed only when conditions fit.

Scope

What the work covers.

What's included

  • 01Exterior decontamination — iron remover, clay bar, and tar removal to lift embedded contamination the wash alone won't touch
  • 02Two-bucket hand wash with pH-neutral shampoo
  • 03Interior deep clean — vacuum, steam, and hot-water extraction on carpets and upholstery; conditioning pass on leather surfaces
  • 04Engine bay detail — degrease, rinse, and dress
  • 05Wheels and wheel wells cleaned inside the barrel, not just the face
  • 06Glass cleaned to a streak-free finish and tires dressed with a non-sling water-based product
  • 07Final inspection under LED before the vehicle is released

What to expect

  1. 01Request studio or mobile fit first — mobile availability depends on approved ZIP, shade or garage access, workable space, water/power access, and service scope
  2. 02Your vehicle is the only job on the bench that day; we do not run multiple cars in parallel
  3. 03Before and after photos documented under LED for your records
  4. 04Timing is confirmed around vehicle size, condition, drying needs, and whether the work should happen at the studio or as a qualified mobile appointment

A good fit when

  • The vehicle needs both interior recovery and exterior decontamination handled as one controlled job.
  • You want a clean baseline before deciding whether paint correction, coating, or interior protection is worth adding.
  • You can support the right appointment path, whether that means the North Phoenix studio or a qualified mobile setup with shade, space, and access.

Not the right lane when

  • You only need a quick maintenance wash or traveling convenience visit.
  • The main concern is deep paint defects, failed clear coat, or rock-chip repair rather than full-vehicle cleaning.
  • The vehicle is going straight to appraisal and needs trade-in presentation work; the Pre-Trade-In Detail is the better lane.

Why one vehicle at a time

One vehicle. One job. No shortcuts.

Interior extraction needs time to dry correctly, and exterior decontamination has to happen in the right order — clay, iron removal, tar removal — before the wash and protection steps mean anything. Compressing that sequence to fit more vehicles through the bay is exactly what we don't do.

Your vehicle is the only job on the bench that day. Studio drop-off is the default path; a qualified mobile appointment is reviewed against ZIP, shade, and access before it's ever offered.

What this is not

Not a paint-correction service, and not a rock-chip or clear-coat repair. A Complete Detail cleans, decontaminates, and protects what's already there — it doesn't remove defects or fix damage underneath the finish.

Start with the quote request.

Send the vehicle details and we'll confirm scope, timing, and the right studio or mobile path before anything is scheduled.

Frequently Asked Questions

One to one-and-a-half days, depending on vehicle size and interior condition. That timeline is the service — it is what allows the interior to fully dry after extraction and the exterior decon steps to be done in the correct order, not compressed.

Yes, but only by request when the vehicle, ZIP, shade or garage access, workable space, water/power access, timing, and service scope fit the standard. Mobile Complete Details are qualification-gated appointments, not rush route work or a wash-style service.

Decontamination — clay bar, iron remover, and tar removal — is included in every Complete Detail. We do not sell it separately. Skipping decon leaves embedded contamination in the clear coat and undermines everything applied on top of it, so it is part of the baseline job.

No. A Complete Detail cleans and decontaminates the vehicle, then leaves protection behind; it does not remove deep paint defects or repair failed clear coat. If swirls, water-spot etching, or oxidation are the main issue, Paint Correction or Headlight Restoration may be the better fit.

Often, yes. The Complete Detail is a strong baseline when the vehicle needs interior recovery and exterior decontamination before deciding on correction or coating. Ceramic Coating still requires its own inspection and paint-prep path because coating locks in the finish underneath it.
