We start with the surface, any contamination, previous protection and the result you want. That tells us whether the car needs cleaning, polishing, restoration or repair. Complete Detail covers normal interior and exterior condition. Exceptional staining or damage needs a separate assessment, and we explain that boundary before we agree on the work.

Heat and sunlight can make products and rinse water dry too soon. We check the panels and working conditions, provide shade when suitable, and won’t force the work when conditions are wrong. If weather makes mobile work impractical, we’ll talk through a studio appointment first when one is available, or another mobile date.
For mobile appointments, we need household water for the initial wash, including wheels, tires and the first foam rinse. We bring power, spot-free rinse water and an awning when needed. A driveway is helpful; street parking can also work with enough room for the vehicle, trailer and working setup. We confirm the details together.
Our usual condition-led approach uses a high-pH prewash followed by rinsing and a rinseless contact wash when suitable. Heavy mineralization can call for a full 3PH wash, including a low-pH stage. Pre-Trade always includes the full 3PH process. Chemical treatment and clay scrubs address bonded contamination before protection or polishing.
Studio coatings, rated for 2 to 3 years or 5 years, are done at the studio. Express Ceramic, a 1-year coating, can be installed at a mobile location after the required washing, decontamination and adhesion-focused polishing. It depends on the conditions. We bring an awning when needed and check the surface and working area before we start. If heat or weather makes the appointment impractical, we offer a studio appointment first when one is available, then try to reschedule the mobile visit. If we cancel for weather and can’t arrange a replacement, we refund the deposit.
No. We choose products for the surfaces and condition we find. A regularly maintained vehicle may need different treatment from one with bonded contamination or heavy mineral deposits. Pre-Trade-In Detail has a deeper, defined scope that includes a full 3PH wash every time.
A coating is protection installed on the paint. It has a cure window and needs a maintenance plan. Maintenance detailing is the washing and care that keeps your existing paint in good shape, including after a coating is on the car. We help you choose based on the car’s condition, your budget and the environment.
We assess sunlight, panel temperature and drying conditions before using a product. An awning can provide shade for suitable mobile work, but it does not make every condition workable. If we cannot perform the service properly, we discuss moving to the studio or another date with you.
