Five services, performed primarily by drop-off appointment at the North Phoenix studio, with discerning mobile detailing available for qualified appointments. We do not offer interior-only details, rush-turnaround work, or commodity mobile availability.

We run 11 Mile Detail Co. the way we believe we are called to: truthful about what we can and cannot do, fair in what we charge, and unwilling to hand back work we would not put our name on.
It shows up in ordinary ways. We tell you when a scratch is too deep to correct. We quote what the work costs, not what the moment allows. We finish at the standard we promised, whether or not anyone would have noticed the difference.
We serve every customer who comes to us, whatever they believe. You will not be preached at in this studio. We say this here because it is true of who we are, not because it is something you need to share.

We do five things exceptionally. We don't rush. We don't cut corners on chemistry or process. We work from the North Phoenix studio. If you understand what proper paint correction actually requires, you already understand why.
We lead with process. We explain why before what. We let the work speak first and the personality follow. Every claim we make is anchored to what you see, feel, or measure — not to how we want you to feel about us.
North Phoenix UV exposure is unusually aggressive — ceramic coating is one of the few barriers that maintains integrity through sustained summer heat cycling. No interior-only details.
Interior work is included in our Complete Detail. Standalone interior jobs, regardless of complexity, are not offered. This is not a scheduling issue. Interior detailing without exterior paint prep and protection is incomplete work by our standard.
No commodity mobile.
Discerning mobile detailing is available by appointment when the location can support real work — shade, water, and power, confirmed before we accept the job. We don't run a route, chase rush-turnaround requests, or come to anyone who asks. Appointment-only, and only when the studio standard travels intact.
No high-volume or rush-turnaround work.
We are appointment-only. We do not queue vehicles. We do not offer “express” or “quick” options. Proper correction work cannot be compressed into a time slot designed for throughput. If you need a fast turn, we are not the right fit — and we'll say so clearly.
No shortcuts on chemistry or process.
We use professional-grade products throughout. We do not substitute. If a more expensive product or additional process step produces a better result, that is what we use. Cost containment at the chemistry level is not a value we offer to customers who are seeking the chemistry level as the product itself.
These four commitments exist together. Each one protects the others. Removing any one of them degrades the rest.
